Arrival & Sunset Game Drive
Arrive at Queen Elizabeth National Park. After lunch at your mid-range safari lodge, head out for a late afternoon game drive through the Kasenyi Plains. The golden light of sunset is ideal for photography. Return for a hearty dinner.
Full Day: Boat Cruise & Ishasha
Morning Kazinga Channel boat cruise — watch hippos, elephants, monitor lizards and stunning birdlife from the water. Lunch at the lodge, then drive south to Ishasha sector. Search for tree-climbing lions lounging in fig trees. Check in to your Ishasha lodge.
Early Game Drive & Departure
Dawn game drive in Ishasha for the best wildlife sightings. Breakfast, then depart for Bwindi (gorilla trekking), Lake Bunyonyi, or return journey.
